Wow! This beer is fantastic. Bourbon barrel aged with hazelnut and cocoa with just the right amount of roast. The hazelnut and cocoa were very subtle but the bourbon stood out. I also got a sense of spice - cinnamon, clove, hard to pinpoint. It was also very subtle. Like most good beers, didn't feel like it had a high level of alcohol even though it weighs in at 10.5%.
I absolutely loved this beer. It's my new favorite Imperial Stout and might be my favorite beer all time.
