On cask at Moeder Lambic in Brussels. This is the basic Lambic without fruit made for Moeder Lambic.
Pours and unclear yellow with foamy head.
Smell is slightly acidic with hints of lemon and some funk.
Taste is mildly sour/tart, with a hint of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is almost flat and thin.
Overall, a very refreshing Lambic, a bit less complex than the one I had at the brewery.
