Pours a lightly hazy yellow to golden color with no head at all.

Smells of wet wheat, cucumber water, blue cheese and citrus peel.

Drinks silk and smooth, completely still with a nice, long funky to sour finish.

Tastes of cream cheese with a silky note to it, allowing subtle notes of fresh cut hay and dried mushrooms to join in. Has an utmost soft middle part with just a dusty, leathery note adding in. During the finish, this develops an utmost pungent blue cheese punch, together with a wet cellar impression and more mushrooms.

Strange marriage between Grand Cru Bruocsella and Iris, which works fine for me, as it develops a nice contrast between mellow, subtle and pungently funky.
