On tap at the brewery.
Hazy orange with a dense white head with great retention and lacing. Nose is all hops with a nice blend of old world Hallertau grassy lemony notes with a mild citrus peach passionfruit note from the Sorachi Ace. Pairs nicely with the lemon and mushroom notes from the base Lambic. The palate opens sour and bright with lemon, fruit, citrus and a little grass and peach. Cantillon Lambic isn't the brightest, but the addition of the hops here really works. Fruity, sour lemons, grass and cooked mushrooms. Drying, tart and clean on the finish with mild tannins. Solid.

Had on tap. Ok folks, I know it's cantillon, but this is not world class. It has lots going for it, in fact very good even with hops texture combined with some sweet and earthy lambic tones. But the taste is yeasty not hoppy, slightly tart from lemon, not bready or bitter. The earth elements are the best part, especially on the smell. Has decent froth to the pour that releases good aromas immediately.

On tap. White head. Sunset golden orange.
Reminds me of CSG or Iris. Earthy and floral with herbal notes. Hoppy but not bitter. Lemon citrus. Some brett funk. Really enjoyable.
