Jean made a small batch of lambic with vanilla beans (left over raspberry soaked vanilla beans used for magic lambic). Bottle shared by JVR 3/2019.
Peach hued gold head. Slight pink hue to the color. White head. Tons of vanilla. Truly a pastry lambic. Light citrus, oaky, hints of funk. Lemon meringue pie. Sweet up front and then a tart finish. Very enjoyable and very unique.
