Golden color. Not much head. Bottle at quintessence. Very light sherry, light flavored in general. Some nuttiness. Oak, wine. Clean and smooth. Let's call it delicate.

Shared a bottle at Cantillon. Pours a semi-transparent yellow with thin head. The nose was very sherry forward, but not the sweet sherry. This was more solvent, lime, leather, musty. There was definitely an herbal note there as well. Seemed under-carbonated, which then drew out the solvent note a bit more. White grapes did come through. Dry mouthfeel. Interesting for sure!

Bottle pour at O&G

Richly nutty with the sherry oxidation making the base lambic seem a little older than it is. Softly fruity and mildly vinous. Softly carbonated.
