Bottle shared at Pikkulintu in July of 2011, from notes. Pour is light yellow with a tight head. Nose is singular, brett dustiness and mushroom funk with a faint note of lemon. Taste is similar, dusty brett, less mushroom and a bit of acetic acid. Moderately sour and a bit biting with a light body and fairly tart.

375ml bottle @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Originally rated on 22.7.2011.
Pours orange with a small foamy head. Aroma has notes of fruits, spices and slightly hops. Nice, fruity, smooth and not as sour as many other gueuzes. Slightly bitter and hoppy finish. Well balanced, great lambic.

Bottle split at Pikkulintu in Helsinki. From notes.
A - Hazy, blonde pour with a ring of bubbles at the top and no visible carbonation oddly. Maybe my pour was too small. Sediment suspended created a nice appearance.
S - Lovely aroma. Very sour smelling, attacking the nostrels, preparing you for what's about to come. Grassy, funky, lemony, and dusty.
T - Fruity as well as sour, tart, grassy, funky, lemony, charcoaly, and dusty.
M - Floods your mouth like most Cantillons I've had. Tingly carbonation and a dry finish while being quit puckeringly tart.
O/D - Quite a nice little beer. Not nearly as good as the viskilambic but quite a nice one. Quite complex and moreso than your average lambic.

Cantillon brewed this twist on Cuvée des Champions for Olutravintola Pikkulintu in Helsinki. Instead of Styrian Golding, this beer is dry-hopped with Hallertau -- not that you'll know the difference with this much age on it.
It smells like old cheddar and tastes like lemon juice. There's next to no carbonation and just a twig's worth of wood. Scrawny, slimy body. No hops to speak of.
It sounds like I'm describing a grilled cheese sandwich.
