On tap on a pint glass. It pours pitch black with a head that recedes fast and leaves little lacing. The foam grades from dark beige to...a pinkish yellow-orange!

Smells of cacao, apricots, orange peel and bourbon vanilla.

The taste follows the aroma with some toffee and the added bitterness of dark chocolate. Flavour is well balanced and the beer is quite delicious. The alcohol is very well hidden so be careful.

The body is oily and thick, finishing dry and leaving a pleasant chocolate aftertaste. Drinkability is ok, but this stout is meant to be enjoyed slowly.

As the name indicates the beer follows a classic chocolate cake recipe invented in Austria. Easily one of the best beers i have had from Spain.
