Sour Ale style beer aged in red wine cask with 30 kg of Navarra cherries. Made with Pils malt and aged hops. Cherry red with persistent white / reddish foam, slightly sparkling, light body. Powerful cherry aroma.

Salmon colour, no head and no lace.
Aroma is sweet... Isn't this a sour? Cherries. acid just a little bit, stale.
Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation.
Taste is milk too, stale, cherries. No notice
of barrel.
Dissapointing.

A kriek with a well-managed balance between fruit (sweetness) and the nature of lambic. Too bad the price is offset because it is a very good beer to share with my partner.
