Clear amber color with a thin thick head with decent retention.
Aroma of caramels and some muffled orange citrusy. Not much here, it doesn’t feel like an APA. No dry-hop.
Bitter flavor with notes of spicy and dank hops, oranges, tons of caramels, toasted malts and lots of grass. Flavor stop short to a quite dry aftertaste with hints of cardboard in the back of your tongue and a bit of fusel alcohol. Medium body with good carbonation.
This is a relatively mellow malty Pale Ale, it doesn’t really remember an APA. Its hops doesn’t fell much fresh, they give a predominant dank herbal taste. Not my favorite.
