This amber lager is inspired by the dark and amber lagers of Mexico. It is brewed with maize to give it a new world twist.

16oz can at Nobleis Winery. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of caramel, bready malt and floral notes. Sweet malty taste with toasted caramel and a mlid bitterness.

From a tall aluminum can with Calavera-inspired art, this beer is a clear, pale amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is restrained...maybe a bit of malt and some hop scents, but they are quiet. The taste is clan. Some sweetness up front that quickly dries out. Medium in body. Not bad. I enjoyed this one.
