A: Baked fruit, estery with light hop presence.
A: Copper color, pretty clear with a light haze. The beer has a thick white head that slowly recedes. Ample lacing in the glass.
T: Fruity, quite estery with light grainy corn character, very lightly tart and a faint hop character.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately low carbonation.
O: Quite estery, with a baked fruit grainy character. The strong esters of this beer could support a fuller body with a deeper cake-like character. However, I recognize this suggestion is extremely difficult to achieve, staying within the bounds of gluten-free brewing.
