I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: murky red hue with a finger of tan foam atop. An interesting look.
Smell: soapy, earthy, sweet aroma. Not awful, but it's reminiscent of neither an IPA or a red ale.
Taste: earthy hops, sweetness, a little caramel character, and a hint of sourness. This beer sings GF. It's not terrible, at all, but it's not really feeling like beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: very earthy, not very beery; that said, it's a reasonable enough beverage. I will finish this one, but I wouldn't order another.
