Clear soft pale pour, with a small & fluffy white head; tart impressions of farmhouse funk as well as wine-barrel presence, with impressions of vinous red wine characteristics, lacto/lemon tartness, grains, and a faint alcohol presence. Really not bad for a GF barrel-aged saison, it lands where you think it would on the nose and palate. Light mouthfeel overall with good carbonation.
