Brewed as a collaboration project with Deschutes Brewing in Bend, OR. A west coast influenced pilsner, double dry-hopped with a blend of Chinook, Exp 1019, Amarillo and Mosaic. The beer has a crisp body with big aromas of peach rings, citrus and pine, balanced with light bitterness and a mild malt character.

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 5-28-24 into a tulip glass.
Look- Pale straw, clear, white sudsy head, average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Biscuit, floral, pine, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Biscuit, peach, subtle pine, grassy, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Thin body, average carbonation, moderately bitter, crisp finish, highly creamy.
Overall- This gluten free offering was flavorful and aromatic. It was a nice light and crisp beer for a warm day. Pilsner’s are not a style I gravitate toward, but this one was refreshing and provided a pleasant drinking experience.
