On-tap at Cismontane Brewing itself, on to the beer:
The beer is yellowish golden colored and topped with a half-inch of semi creamy head. SOme lace splashes onto the glass. It has a soft and clean aroma, one with subtle bread and minerals. Has a "crisp" smell too. The taste is clean, a little carbonic, has a solid bready base with a bite of grassy hops. A basic pilsner taste with no frills and no major offenses is what it is. The beer is light-medium bodied and is easy to drink. Solid lager, though Salvator's IPL won the lager matchup that day.
