22oz bottle poured into an oversized wine glass
A- pours a hazy deep amber color with a small creamy white head that is thin, but retains a film long after the pour
S- a 'produce stand' array of fruity aromas; notes of red apple, peach, pear and melon. Not much tart or funk
T- there is a big lemony tartness up front that ignites the salivary glands. Beyond that, there are some very faint fruity notes of apple and peach skin, but then quickly becomes a bit watery and falls off a bit. The finish adds more tart lemon
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and a watery thin finish
O- nice tart notes, but lacks complexity or any funk notes
