Pours a reddish/amber color with an off-white head. Nose is toasted malt, sweet toffee, and bread. A light hoppiness and some fruit esters. Sort of a generic Irish Red aroma. The beer is moderately sweet with most of the flavor coming in the form of bread, toffee, and caramel. Some floral hop notes, a bit of red fruit, light esters, and very little, if any, bitterness.
