Copenhagen 24/5 2020. 50 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop.Different geometric forms moving about on the can looking like an illustration from a children's book trying to teach me the mysteries of the triangle.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a lightly fermented sweetness and juicy, citric notes. Peach and mango. Grape fruit, prange and tangerine.
Light carbonation. medium thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry.
Pretty light but solid DIPA with an adequate bitterness and fairly well balanced.
