Copenhagen 27/7 220. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of a carton of milk getting hit by lightning on the can.
Pours hazy, opaque, pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as lumpy, uneven layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a moderately strong sweet fruity odo soon overtaken be y a stronger citric and sharp odor. Peach meeting citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sour, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric citrus sour. Lingers for a while into a dry finish.
Refreshing like a sour lemonade. Despite leaving my mouth dry.
