I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a six sample flight while in town for work. It had the common taste and notes of most Belgian tripel beers. It was an above average take on a good classic style ale.

From the growler via Partytown in Kentucky. This solid brew pours a
red tinged mahogany amber color with a nice head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of
subtle candy malt, bubblegum, coriander, and light brown sugar. Flavors
lightly surpass the nose with stone fruit notes of peach, candy sugar,
coriander, light banana, light clove, and touches of white yeasty bread.
Mouthfeel is medium, medium light carbonation, and a medium dry to
fully dry finish with some light stone fruit notes.
Overall, a decent little brew
