Very light amber with a three finger head. Aroma is full of hops with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is also full of hops with flavors of citrus and topical fruit. Not the best IPA I've had. a little below average.

Riding on the backs of Centennial and Pacific Jade hops, the sessionable IPA of Dry Ground carries the hop aroma, scent and bitterness to keeps western Kentucky hop heads happy but with the body and lightness to have a few more unapologetic pints.
Pale gold and with a light amber tinge, the frothy ale kicks off with an aromatic blend of citrus, pepper and mint. Its taste is gentle with the sweetness of fresh bread, light honey, faint caramel and toasted nuttiness. As the middle palate develops, the sweetness falls off swiftly, leaving the hops to showcase on the tongue. White grapefruit, lime and orange peel add a decidedly citrusy taste to the malty remnants of light bread crust and dry granola. But the finish trails with a peppery, minty and piquant resinous quality that reads nearly like smoke.
Medium light in body, the beer's militant carbonation adds a zesty bite and a mild mineral quality that seems seltzer-like in the absence of much malt support. Dries grasses, leaves and stems of hops pang away sharply at the throat while the al trails long and lean with dried citrus peel and peppery herbs.
