really nice place here, exceeded expectations. gorgeous facility, apparently it was an old train or bus depot, hence the name, beautifully restored, brick, unique wood features, designer lighting, tons of natural light too, some original features still in place, including a huge vault type door in the mens room, its so well appointed and clean, feels like something off of hgtv, really welcoming and unique space, a little bit upscale, especially compared to a lot of the other breweries in town, but it didnt feel pretentious, just thoughtful and nice, really killer spot. long bar with a small merch and to go beer area across from it, some high tops in this section, then a dining room area down the hall, and more action upstairs too apparently, but we didnt wander up, feels classy, happening without being too busy or loud, and with a lot of attention to detail apparent. the beer list was solid, tons to pick from and some ambitious beers among them, i dug the honey vanilla ale, as well as the low alcohol ipa and the pumpkin brown and the strawberry sour, i was less stoked on the milk stout, the only one that was really not too good to me, but its a great mix. they have a full bar here too, feature their own whiskeys, which were quite good on the flight board of them we passed around, neat to have the best of both worlds. i did not see equipment in here, but assume its all done right here, i didnt go looking for it. service was friendly and prompt, the vibe was great with the playoff football on tv but not as a focal point, and the food we tried was tasty too, just some appetizers to pass around, but better than the standard pub fare, looks like they do a nice brunch in here too. overall a must hit if you are doing the local brewery circuit here, fun beers and good whiskey, really neat old historical building too with plenty of interest. we had a grand time!

Not only a great selection of their own beers with great food, but their own whiskeys too from a beautiful copper still. In the brewery district walking distance to other breweries and hotels. Only place to find whiskey flights.

This is a really great looking and feeling place. Good for a casual date/beer/dinner with your best friend or perfect for a good casual date. Very cool place with good vibe. Beer is good - not great - good. However, the food (especially the Fisherman's Stew! is wonderful. ) Worth going.

This is a great brewpub in an historic old railway depot. The place itself, in the NE part of downtown Reno now considered a hub of craft brewers, is a beautiful building nicely restored. It is one of the most lovely and characterful brewpubs I've been to, although not so much in a specifically beer-oriented way. It has a nice bar area and separate dining area, lots of windows, some limited outdoor seating. It seems to target a more general customer base rather than specifically beer-nerd base and has a full bar, but then it is also a distillery. Despite the more general appeal, it has a mature, classy feel rather than as a place just to get drunk and party, like some brewpubs with a more general, less-beer-aficionado appeal.
Beer quality, based on the limited selection we had, was excellent.
Beer range was also excellent, with pale lagers, marzen, milk stout, IPA types, farmhouse beers, barleywine, and more on tap.
Food was good but not as good as promised. Beef & tuna carpaccio was great, soup and the salad we had were all great and a bit different, with some creativity. Tacos and other appetizers we had were good but not that successful and a bit characterless.
Service was generally very good, friendly and fairly efficient. Perhaps because of the more general customer target, a couple of the servers did not seem to know much about beer styles or names but it was not a big deal.

Awesome old building to have a business in. $10.00 for 4 four ounces samples seemed a bit much, and that proved to be true as only one of the four I tried was worthy a repete visit (the Scotch Ale). I didn't try the food, was turned off my the $9.00 grilled cheese and the $9.00 mac and cheese. Deciding to look elsewhere for food, wish me luck.
Oh, my server was super rude to me and seemed to avoid all his customers, I guess we're all intitled to a bad day once in a while.
