Hazy beer with a pale golden color with nice head and lacing. Aromas of oranges and hops spicyness, almost resinous. The taste is very citrus oriented, almost like a bitter orange juice, but less bitter than what you would expect from a IPA. Some pineapples too. The finish is dry whitout being too puckering. Good body. I would drink a couple of pints of this beer for sure.

Can: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and grapefruit notes with nice hoppy floral undertones. Taste is a mix of citrusy and light grapefruit notes with a dry aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and easily drinkable but dryer than expected and still not as good as some of the single hops ones.

Service: Can
Canned: Very fresh, but no date
A:
Pours a pretty cloudy orange-gold with a big, airy beige head that takes its time in dropping. Some swopping lace, decent retention. (4)
S:
Piney, resinous, citrus oil. There is an initially fresh/fruity blast on opening the can and after pouring what is left is candied grapefruit, Nilla Wafers and BO. (4)
T:
Mango, light onion funk, herbal bite, animal cracker malt. (3.75)
M:
Prickly with a medium body and a stick, green finish. (3.75)
O:
A decent multi-hop IPA in this series of single-hop beers.
It pours nice enough. Although there is an initially tropical blast, it ends up as a stanky, herbal beer for the most part. It definitely has the cleanest (lol) BO/onion character I've had in a beer. It is interesting in this sense but in the end it seems to cover up what potentially could be a fruity, tropical beer with a dry bite and some depth. Neither mind-blowing nor terrible. It is to style insofar as an IPA is concerned, but the lack of something that really pops made me shave it down from a 4 in a few areas. I still wouldn't turn it down if offered. (4)
