Our Mythical Anna, matured for 13 months in French Chardonnay oak barrels with the addition of "Farmhouse" yeast and assembled with our Vox Pop IPA.

Bottle: Poured a hazy/cloudy dirty amber color ale with a medium off-white foamy head with OK retention and minimal retention. Aroma of oak and Chardonnay notes with some sweet residual sugar and some Belgian malt notes. Taste is also a mix of oak and Chardonnay with some heavy residual sugar notes with some Belgian malt notes. Body is full with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Enjoyable with nice level of complexity but lacking some attenuation and slightly too sweet.
