Nice looking gold, clear color with foamy lace that keeps retention. Aromas a mix of malt and citrus. Slightly bitter, light carbonation as well as light and refreshing. Delicious really.

Can: Poured a clear golden color pils with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with light herbal/floral hoppy undertones. Taste is a nice mix of cereal notes with fresh dry noble hops notes with very little residual sugar notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Quaffable with nice light hoppy notes and very well balanced level of residual sugar.

A: Pours pale straw color with a pure white head. Lots of retention and lacing. Great looking beer.
S: The malt profile looks perfect. Smells light and fresh with floral, citrus-y and lightly vegetal hops notes. The malt, you get some hay and some bread-like notes.
T: Just like the smell, but a bit more new age in the hop profile than expected. It's not very faithful to the genre but it is still very good. You get a lot of citrus notes with mangoes and pineapple. There is still some amount of more classical hop notes with some grassy and floral notes. Like I suspected the malt profile is perfect for the genre: very crisp with a little bit of bread like notes and hay.
M: As with ALL Vox Populi beers I've had, the mouthfeel is again amazing. Super light and still has enough life in its carbonation to make it a great feeling and refreshening pilsener.
O: This is a REALLY good beer from a REALLY good brewery. I had to deduce some points in the taste because it is not 100% faithful to the genre and you end up with some contradictions. Nothing is bad, but there is a little bit of a lack of coherence in the beer. Still, super strong offering.
