Pours a cloudy, brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of burnt malt, sweet malt, and slight yeast. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of roasted malt, sweet malt, hint of yeast, and a hint of oatmeal. Overall, simple, decent body, but the burnt aroma is unpleasant.
