Tropical AF. We dry-hopped this IPA with some dank citrusy and tropical hops including Azacca, El Dorado, and Citra, then added organic pineapple juice to drive home the tropical flavor profile. This beer is left a little bit hazy to ensure maximum hop flavor and aroma!

32oz growler. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of tropical fruits and caramel. Sweet tropical fruits with hints of vanilla, butterscotch and sweet caramel.

Pours a foggy, murky orange with two fingers of off-white head. Head retention is fair. Aroma is pineapple puree, mango, grapefruit, and some punchy notes of herbal and citrus hops. Biscuit malts give it firm foundation. Flavor profile is pineapple, mango, and otherwise heavy citrus. Biscuit malt is again a firm base. Pineapple is much smoother in the flavor profile than the aroma. There is a bubble gum flavor to it as well, which while it adds to the flavor fairly favorably, is a trait of a miscalculated brew. Mouth feel is a touch fizzy and effervescent, with a medium thickness. Overall, big tropical fruit notes despite being slightly off in the aroma. Very flavorful.
