The only knock I have on this beer is the color. Is a darker shade similar to iced tea. Pale Ales in my opinion should be light in color.
Neat little tan head. Nose is slightly malty smell as is the taste. Nice, but slight, bitterness on back end.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of toasted caramel, toffee, pine and light citrus notes. It tasted of oranges, toasted caramel and a piney bitterness. Slightly buttery.

Brown in color with a three quarter inch densely packed beige head. Light lacing is present. The aroma is difficult to seek out, but there’s some piney hops. I’m tasting piney hops. The mouth is dry and somewhat dense.
