Dark brown to mahogany in color. There’s too much carbonation and head on this beer. I poured it carefully and after settling for awhile it’s still a solid 2 inches of densely packed brown foam. The aroma is of caramel and caramelized malt. I’m tasting caramelized malt and marzipan. The mouth is dry and over carbonated.
