For San Diego Beer Week we invited Connor and Tim down to San Diego to brew with us before one of our events. This beer features Strata hops and London III yeast. Collaboration with The Hop Concept and Cellarmaker.

Pours a clear light orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is fruity with notes of peaches, passionfrui seeds and a hint of pine. Quite crisp.
Taste is soft and fruity upfront, with notes of peaches, passionfruit and citrus leading into a solid, but not overpowering bitterness. Slightly dry, long finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice IPA, a modern twist on a classic west coast IPA.
