Notes:
The Hop Concept IPA unfiltered. Why not? This is the purest form of beer, unadulterated and unapologetic. Taking the hoppy power of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Cascade, we let the hops do all the talking. Incredibly juicy with huge notes of peaches and tangerines, leading to a soft, pillowy finish. Cheers to living the unfiltered life.

Pours a nearly clear amber with decent amount of foam in the GameCraft Pilsner glass. Fairly sharp on the tongue with plenty of spritz. Aromatic with lemon and lime peel. Just a touch of malt flavor. Quite citrusy and tending toward astringency.
Hops are listed as Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Cascade. Overall this is rather harsh tasting. Quite bitter aftertaste. I cannot see much redeeming value in beers like this, but it's quite stuffed with hops for those who like the raw style. From the 16 oz can purchased at the big wine store. Dated 05/13/21 on the bottom.

Single pint copped canned from Suburban Bar and Kitchen in Randolph. Pours a bright golden effervescent hue with impressive frothing. Ardent aroma replete with hints of papaya and melon. Similar overall flavor profile. Top-notch.
