Mule Deer Pilsner is a German Style Pilsner brewed with German Perle hops, Idaho Pilsner Malt, Vienna and a kiss of carapils. A special monastic lager yeast makes a crisp, clean and quenching lager like no other.

Bought locally, no dating on the can.
It pours a clear straw gold with a finger of foam, good lacing.
The smell is noble hops, grass, cracker malt, aromas that remind me of a German Pils.
The taste matches the smell. Perle hops are doing their magic, adding some spice to the flavour. The cracker malt itself is fairly assertive. All around delicious.
Medium bodied, good carbonation, excellent German style Pilsner.
