It's a good beer for a hot climate. Light in bubbles with a fairly gentle malty flavour. Chilled to the right temperature, a great slow drinker for a warm summer evening with friends. If you're after New complex flavours or traditional trappist ales, this is not for you.

Poured from a brown 22 oz. bottle. 8.8% abv, that seems like damn near every beer in this country has that abv. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some malts. Taste is like an orchard of green apples, alcohol intensifies as it warms. Feels medium/light bodied in the mouth and overall is not so good.
I ought to write the bros. and suggest a new beer style. The "Sri Lankan Yuck Lager". Abv range 8.8% to 8.8%.
