L- Pours an opaque black topped by a two finger, foamy tan head. Good retention and heavy lacing.
S- Aroma of Dark Chocolate and a dark fruity sweetness. Excellent balance between dark and sweet notes.
T- Chocolate, dark roasty notes, and a balancing sweetness.
F- Full Body and Low-Moderate Carbonation.
O- A well balanced, flavourful stout that isn't entirely centred on bold, dark, roasty notes. Rascal is just another in a long line of top notch brews from Trailway. Two thumbs up from me!

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large brown foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of black chocolate notes with light sugary notes is quite nice. Taste is a mostly dominated by balk chocolates notes with minor bitterness that is offset by residual sugar notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol notes. Solid chocolate stout with good drinkability.

Deep opaque black color. Thick cream brown 3 finger sparkling head, lasting around 10 minutes, with decent legs. Flavors of walnuts, cherries, berries, chocolate, light mocha and cocoa, toffee, roasted grains and herbal hops. Smooth creamy, almost milky, medium to full body with a soft crisp. Strong strength finish, slightly earthy but more fruity on the tongue, ends quite thick with leafy spices. Still accessible, only slightly chalky. The star here is the rich tasty ester fruits, not really coffee nor chocolate oriented, plummy like a barleywine. Yet it does ends quite roasted and coarse, slightly unbalanced. Nicely bodied and filling. Overall very good quality craft.

Dark brown, mocha head. Disappears almost instantly leaving behind some nice lacing.
The nose is very roasty with notes of chocolate. Flavour is dominated by chocolate with a charcoal fire finish. Quite dry and a hint of bitter chocolate, very short. Clean mouth feel and low carbonation.
