On tap at brewery: Murky brown with okay lacing. Flavors of dark barley, pineapples, caramel, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, tropical all the way but not very bitter, strong caramel sensation. Not much of an amber profile. Quite similar the their other regular APAs. Decent freshness. Overall good quality craft.

Can: Poured a clear amber color le with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dank hoppy notes with some fruity ester and light caramel notes is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix between some dank hoppy notes with some fruity ester and some dry caramel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid amber ale with plenty of character.

L- Pours a hazy dark amber topped by a 1/2 finger slightly off-white foamy head with great retention. Lots of lacing.
S- Tropical fruit hoppiness is the dominating factor, backed up by caramel maltiness. Just enough sweetness to keep the hop bitterness at bay.
T- Same as aroma with the addition of a slight nuttiness and a lingering bitterness.
F- Medium-heavy body and moderate carbonation.
O- Great brew that would go well with pub fare. Very drinkable but a little on the heavy side to be truly sessionable.
