First off...the brewer calls this a NZ Pilsner, there is not a style like that listed on BA so I went with the general pilsner style
Pours a pale hazy gold with a nice two fingers of head. Retention is good and there is some good lacing.
Smell is dominated by lime and other citrus. The malts are there providing a little sweet smell, but it is subtle.
The flavor is lime dominant, there are some biscuity malts there too. I have to wonder if I am getting just a touch of coriander too. This is a very hoppy pilsner and you definitely get the hops first.
The feel is light and crisp with good carbonation. The lime lasts for quite a while giving a nice after taste.
Well, I'm not a pilsner fan by nature, but I could drink a few of these on a hot day. Well done.
