A single malt and single hop brew - English Maris Otter malt and Mosaic hops. Lightly bready and toasty balanced by subtly fruity hop character.

L- Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow, topped by a thick 2 finger white head. Excellent retention and heavy lacing.

S- Nothing but juicy hops here; tropical fruit and a touch of citrus.

T- Taste is light but very hop forward. Again, tropical fruit and maybe a little citrus. Not really getting any malt in the taste. Slight bitterness on the finish.

F- Body is medium-light and carbonation is fine and moderate. Perfect for a session ale in my opinion.

O- Parallel is an excellent juicy session ale that offers, for the most part, the full flavours of an IPA without the high ABV.

Hazy pale gold with a modest head and cap. Strong citrus Mosaic hop nose. Light body, excellent hoppy finish. Great crispness and easy-drinking.

Pours a clear gold with a two finger head. Head breaks quickly leaving minimal lacing.

Smell is tropical hops. I get passion fruit, citrus and perhaps a touch of mango.

Taste is a milder version of the nose. There is a nice bitter hops finish to this, but not too harsh.

Feel is light, appropriate for a session ale, and carbonation is medium high.

Trailway calls this a session, which it clearly is. A nice refreshing and enjoyable session that could be consumed all day long.
