This flavourful Pale Ale sports a unique blend of 4 hops; Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook, to bring you a good hop kick, imparting notes of white grape, grapefruit and pine.

Draft at the brewery
Small fizzy head with low retention and low lacing, semi hazy medium pale gold color
Nose fresh hops, some citrus and grapefruit, a little grassy floral hop character, light sweet malt
Taste brings some Nelson hops with light white wine and citrus, as well as mild tropical fruits, and a bit "green", a bit of grapefruit and generic citrus, light malt that gets a tad sweet and pale base malt flavour, medium hop bitterness, drier finish bringing more spicy hops late
Mouth is medium bod, medium to a bit higher carb
Overall not bad, nothing special but a fairly solid pale
