Buck 10 is a recipe Jeremy Coghill, the owner of Lansdowne Brewery, came up with as a sort of tongue-in-cheek beer style that doesn't really exist, mostly as a reaction to the imperialization of all beers. It’s an old-school craft beer with a significant amount of bittering hops and late addition hops for flavour and aroma. The bittering hops help to balance the sweetness of the beer and create a unique, well-balanced, clean taste.
