Draft at the brewery
Medium fizzy to smaller head with medium retention, a bit of soapy lacing, semi hazy medium orange with light amber hue,
Nose brings typical English herbal earthy hops, very herbal plant like hop, a bit of sweet malt underneath
Taste more of the same, light sweet malt but a tad light on the malt, hops bring mild bitterness up front, getting to a more bitter bite on the finish, hops again bring very earthy and herbal English hops, almost peppery like, touch of fruit esters in there, drier finish, hops getting a tad spicy
Mouth is medium to fuller bod, medium to lighter carb
Overall not bad, hops are on point for the style but I prefer the Fullers style hops more, could use a bit more malt character

Pours pale amber modest creamy head. Aroma caramel carries into the flavour with minimal bitterness to balance. Reminiscent of south of England bitter without the dry hopping.
