Pale and murky with a lovely nose: this one is a bit of an enigma. Refreshing and tasty with a gentle hop, but when they say herbs are included, they must mean "we loaded the front end with dill".
Indeed. This should be classified as Dill Ale. Now, don't get me wrong, I do like dill quite a bit. But in the beer?
Hm. Not sure. I am puzzled and not quite sold. But it isn't anything horrible. And maybe if you happen to be eating pickles while drinking this, you may not even notice...and then yay!
