355 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Review from notes.
Appearance - Dark brown pour, small tan head that dissipates quick.
Smell - Roasty notes, sour cherry and hints of earthiness and rhubarb.
Taste - Earthy notes, plenty of roastiness with a hint of chocolate and plenty of sour cherry too. Nice balance and intensity.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, smooth, moderate carbonation and a slight puckering on the tongue to close.
Overall - Good solid dark sour with interesting interplay between sour notes and roasty flavors and hints of chocolate.
