Unfiltered, lemon juice body, forming a bubbly white head with good retention of a couple minutes.
Lime and lemon meringue pie, preserved lemon, floral honey.
Mild flavour, of white bread, grapefruit peel, mild coriander spice, touch of ripe banana yeastiness, with a bite of hop bitterness in the finish leaving things super dry; a frothy carbonation, along with the wheat, provides a full mouthfeel, supple, and a medium/light body.
Quite mild, lacking character and some balance, with the hops a bit to prominent. The feel is lovely.
