On tap at Carrie Furnaces in Pittsburgh, PA.
This one pours a slightly hazed dark orange, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like sticky, sticky hops- orange, grapefruit, a hint of pineapple, marijuana, caramel malt, and pine.
I'm surprised by how much I like this- went back for a few pours at the festival. It's big bodied, and you can tell it's strong, but there's not much actual boozy bite to this- it's dangerous. It's quite sticky, with lots of juicy fruit, a sturdy slightly sweet malt backbone, and a firm bitterness on the finish.
This is medium bodied, nicely full bodied but not syrupy, with a good level of carbonation.
This is quite well done, reminds me a bit of Lagunitas Sucks.
