Pours a deep pinkish tan with a thin white head and small bits of lacing.
The smell is tart, funky brett, with a nice fruity strawberry undertone.
The taste is tart up front with a sour finish. There's a hit of earthy brett funk up from l front also. The fruit is not very strong but the rhubarb comes through at the end. There's something astringent throughout that distracts slightly.
The mouthfeel is low carbonation but fizzy and thin with that astringent tasty creeping on to the feel.
Overall this is a tough one. The flavors are very good but the mouthfeel and strange astringent (almost chemical) undertone distracts from the flavors.
