December 2013: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy orange to brown colour, large off-white head. Strong aroma of fruity and piney American (and/or possibly Aussie/NZ?) hops. Distinctly hoppy flavour throughout, fruity first, piney and resinous in the middle, very bitter and sharp finish and aftertaste, nearly chinine-like. The malty base is not too sweet. Calls for the "bitter beer face", this one.
