Came across this as a guest tap at the Pacific Standard taphouse in Berkeley. While it was listed as a German IPA I don’t see a corresponding listing on the Benoit-Casper site, so I’m not sure what happened. Anyways, my review:
Malty and harsh. Poured a caramel tan. Low aroma, some bitterness and an out of place flavor. Bottom line, this beer tasted off. Pass
