Near black color and no light shines through the glass. Dense beige head which lasts a long time. Surprisingly little lace considering.
Black coffee aroma. Lightly chalky.
Thin bodied with a small bubbled nitro "carbonation". The flavor is bitter from the extensive black patent malt. Relatively short aftertaste.
