On tap at the brewery. Perfect second beer. Plenty of flavor and a bit lower ABV than the tripel.

The brewer calls this a Belgian Blonde, but we only have a Belgian Pale Ale category that is close. But it tastes like a Saison. So call it what you like, but it's a really drinkable Belgian-inspired brew.
Classic Saison flavors with the fruit and Shredded Wheat followed by the dry sensation. This is a mellow mouthful with a pleasantly mild intensity of flavors. A little less yeasty-bitter than a typical Saison, so maybe that's the hint that this is more of a pale ale.
Some pear and light fruit with the barest sweet maltiness. Admirable carbonation and a light body make for a refreshing and sophisticated brew. On tap at the brewery restaurant, served in a tulip.
